Don't start your day reading, watching or listening the

bad news. It is better not to start the day with negativity.
2. Control the number of negative people around you
Negative people pretend to turn into the "energy
vampires", so try to spend less time with them and don't let them suck
your energy. They are going to feel better, you are going to be more and more
exhausted.

Music has the incredible power. It can make you smile even
when you are not feeling good and even make you feel fantastic. Choose some
cheerful music, and your dose of positivity is guaranteed.
4. Meditate
Good meditation can instantly make you feel calm and
positive.
5. Increase the physical activity
Physical activity is going to help you fill the batteries
and refresh your body and spirit. The best way to start your day.
